Nothing is more fun than doing things yourself. Make your own hair bow, ring, skirt, hat, flower crown or mobile phone case. Think about something and it's out there! Take a look on DIY blogs like Studs and Pearls, I Spy DIY and watch YouTube videos. This will keep you away from sitting on the couch and doing nothing and it will be fun too! Also, you have a feeling you are doing something useful and you can save a lot of money on things you would buy other ways!
If you often find yourself sitting on the couch with nothing to do, it might be a nice option to start your own blog. It doesn't necessarily needs to be a beauty or fashion blog, start from your passion! Do you like to make movies? Start a blog explaining different techniques and show some movies your made. Or are you all crazy about animals? Go for a walk with your camera and photograph those cuties! With blogging you can meet tons of other people with the same interests and even make new friends!
3. Read a book
Watching TV is good.. until your eyes pop out of your head of laziness. My advise? Read a book! Reading can get you to a different world where boring doesn't exist. Don't know any nice and fun book to read? Go for the Shopaholic series from Sophie Kinsella. You will be laughing in seconds because those books are piece by piece hilarious!
4. Home Spa
If you have had a lot of stress from an exam week you might want to do something to relax yourself in the boring times. Create your own home spa! Take a nice scented bath with a lot of bubbles. Treat your body with body lotion and spray on a nice perfume. Give your nails a manicure and it's evening before you know!
This will sound a little boy-ish, but playing a nice little game can actually be very relaxing when you don't have anyone around you. Play a nice solitaire game and defeat your best friend (your computer). There are also tons of make up games out there you can try out. Search around a little bit and find a game and time passes by so quick!
I hope you found these tips helpful. For any questions, don't hesitate to ask! XOXO Anna
